Personal Background

I'm not your average Realtor. Since 1997, I have a proven track record of success, and the beneficiaries have been the ever-increasing number of Greater Cincinnati homeowners who have chosen me to help them buy or sell their piece of the American Dream.
My clients give me their trust because I take care of them as if they are my own family. Real estate transactions can be quite emotional, so I'm there to help every step of the way. Each of my buyers and sellers becomes keenly aware of our dynamic marketplace, so they can make informed decisions. Communication is key. I'm there to guide, to answer questions, to negotiate a deal, to provide needed feedback -- and sometimes, to just provide a friendly smile.
Making sure that my buyers and sellers are happy is especially important to me because they become neighbors of my family. I'm a lifelong Cincinnatian and have roots all over town. I graduated from Wyoming High School and have lived in Hyde Park, Kenwood and Amelia. Long after the real estate transaction is over, my clients run into my beautiful wife, Jennifer, my son, Parker, and me at Reds and Bengals games, at church, at restaurants, and at grocery and hardware stores.
Professionally, I am a consistent sales and listing leader at Coldwell Banker West Shell, and have received some pretty prestigious awards: the President's Sales Club of the Ohio Association of Realtors, The Elite Club of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors and the Circle of Excellence of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.
